Mr. Lee is an entrepreneur, biomedical engineer, regulatory scientist, and former Taiwan FDA reviewer. For over 10 years in MedTech industry, Mr. Lee has helped many medical companies with product development, regulatory compliance, supply chain management, and business development for the US, EU, and Taiwan markets.

In 2022, Mr. Lee founded Promise in Taiwan to empower the personal health and beauty of Taiwanese people by bringing high-quality and effective consumer medical products around the world. Prior to Promise, Mr. Lee served in several management and business development roles, including Deputy Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Senior Regulatory Consultant, Purchasing Specialist, and Sales Representative for medical device and nutraceutical companies and regulatory consulting organizations in the United States. 

Mr. Lee received his M.Sc. in Regulatory Science from the University of Southern California, and his M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from National Taiwan University. He completed his entrepreneurial training in Bioscience at California State University, Los Angeles. He is also a certified Lead Auditor of ISO 13485.
